Each user is permitted one registered account on ion117. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed, with any associated balances subject to review.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Withdrawals are only released to verified accounts. Processing times vary by method — BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri transfers are typically instant.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (minimum 8x the bonus amount) that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus terms are published in full on the promotions page.
Fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated systems, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. ion117 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts in verified cases.

By accessing the ion117 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the ion117 Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ion117 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on ion117. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 or older. ion117 strictly prohibits access by minors and will immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the originating payment source after deduction of any applicable transaction costs.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the ion117 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ion117 does not represent that the services offered are legal, available, or appropriate in all jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
The following persons are not eligible to register an Account or participate in any games or betting activities on ion117:
Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the ion117 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ion117 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ion117 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
ion117 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to maintain their security.
Before processing any withdrawal request, ion117 requires all Members to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This is a mandatory regulatory requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours. During peak periods (including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), processing may extend up to 48 hours. Users will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required.
ion117 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for large-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension pending compliance.
ion117 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian members: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallets. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000 for major bank transfers. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are published in the Account section and may vary by method and Account tier.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB on business days). Off-hours and e-wallet transactions may take up to 24 hours. ion117 does not guarantee processing times and will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party banking institutions.
Withdrawals are only processed to accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ion117 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-detection parameters, which may extend processing times beyond stated estimates.
ion117 does not charge fees on bank transfer deposits or withdrawals. E-wallet transactions (OVO, DANA, GoPay) may be subject to a service fee of up to 1.5%, as disclosed at the time of the transaction. Users are responsible for any fees levied by their own banking institution.
All bonuses, promotions, and free credits offered by ion117 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
New Members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the ion117 Welcome Bonus of up to Rp 20.000.000 (100% match on first deposit). The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 100.000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 8x the bonus amount and must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the Account. The maximum bet per round while a bonus is active is Rp 50.000.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20–50%, and sports bets contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50. ion117 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if, in our reasonable judgment, a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine engagement with the games may be treated as bonus abuse at ion117's discretion.
Unclaimed or partially wagered bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on ion117 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. In the event of ambiguity, the decision of the ion117 trading team is final.
Sports bets — including pre-match, live (in-play), and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers — are governed by the rules of the relevant league and ion117's sportsbook rules. For Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1), international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League), and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, all results are confirmed based on the official full-time score plus any added time, unless otherwise specified.
All casino and live dealer games operate under the rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). ion117 does not modify the rules of any certified game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round is considered void and all stakes are returned to the Member's Account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game or market are displayed at the point of bet placement. ion117 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without prior notice. Where a bet has been accepted that exceeds a Member's applicable limit, ion117 may void the excess portion of the bet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ion117 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and possible permanent ban:
Notice: ion117 employs advanced fraud-detection and risk-management systems that monitor all Account activity in real time. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review. Confirmed violations will result in immediate forfeiture of all funds and permanent Account closure.
ion117 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
ion117 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.
ion117 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. ion117 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ion117 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
In no event shall ion117's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ion117 is not responsible for the conduct, policies, or content of third-party payment providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay), game studios, or any other third-party service integrated with the Platform. Any disputes with third-party providers must be raised directly with the relevant provider.
ion117 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension, the Member's ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets may be restricted pending investigation.
ion117 may permanently close an Account and terminate these Terms with immediate effect in cases of confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, bonus abuse, prohibited activity as defined in Clause 9, or any other material breach of these Terms. Upon permanent closure for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ion117's discretion, subject to applicable law.
Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ion117 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of ion117's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
For Members based in Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ion117 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your locality. ion117 does not represent that its services are lawful in all Indonesian provinces or under all applicable Indonesian regulations.
ion117 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Clause 12.3.
